Per-Johan joined Boyden Sweden in 2003 and he has over 15 years experience in Executive Search. He is a Managing Partner of Boyden Sweden and partner in Boyden World Corporation.

Having started his career as a banker, he then moved on to SAS where until 1992 he held several top level positions including head of SAS Cargo and managing director of Swedair.

Until joining the executive search business in 1996, he held the position as managing director of the Swedish Tourist Council. He is recognized as a certified member of ESK - the Swedish Association of Executive Search Consultants and has also served as a board member and chairman.

Per-Johan holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Stockholm.
