Richard Fudickar, is a Managing Partner of the Boyden Bad Homburg/Frankfurt office.

Mr. Fudickar has been a Managing Partner at Boyden Bad Homburg since 1999. Prior to joining Boyden he was Managing Partner at Korn/Ferry International German Branch from 1991 until 1999. While at Korn/Ferry, Mr. Fudickar obtained broad experience in managing regional and global preferred provider relationships as well as an international Account Management.

In 1988, Mr. Fudickar was appointed to develop the executive search division of Gruber, Tietze & Partner, today part of the Gemini Consulting Group. Earlier he worked for nearly four years with Kienbaum Management Consultants, Duesseldorf, as Senior Management Consultant in charge of developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies. Prior to this, he served as a Divisional Manager of marketing and public relations for a leading private hospital group. Mr. Fudickar also embarked on a five-year tour of duty in Parliamentary affairs first at Schleswig-Holstein State Parliament in Kiel, and then later in the Federal Parliament in Bonn, where he was Chief of Staff to a committee chairman.

Mr. Fudickar’s education includes studies of law and economics at Kiel University. He graduated with a degree in economics in 1978. Prior to this, he obtained a commercial apprenticeship with a leading import/export trading group called Kulenkampff & Konitzky in Bremen.

At Boyden, Mr. Fudickar is a member of the General and Fast Moving Consumer Goods practice. He has successfully conducted many senior search assignments with both national and international clients in Europe and abroad. He gathered in depth experience in the start up of companies as well as assignments in all commercial issues, marketing, sales and customer service functions. He is experienced in Management Assessments on a global level. Richard Fudickar is Chairman of the German Association of Executive Search Consultants.

In addition, Mr. Fudickar was recently named as one of the world’s most influential search professionals by Business Week, as part of the publications launch of its exclusive management database sections.
