Richard G. Kampmann is a Managing Director at Boyden, a global executive search firm with a reputation of having the highest ethical standards for over 60 years. Over the course of a 22 year career, Rich has conducted assignments for leading global financial services companies, large consumer driven businesses and market leaders across many sectors of the economy.  His search practice focuses on key account management, C-level searches for these accounts and leveraging the global expertise of Boyden for the benefit of these clients. 

Rich has completed numerous high profile assignments for Board Members, Chief Financial Officers, Chief Investment Officers, Chief Credit Officers and Market Executives for Private Banks and Private Equity firms. Rich has also led multiple large build-out initiatives for leading Global Private Wealth Management firms.

Before joining Boyden, Rich was a Principal with Korn/Ferry International and was a member of their Asset Management, Wealthy Family, Financial Officer and Board of Directors Practices. Prior to search career, he also spent time at The Chase Manhattan Bank and Moody's Investors Service.

Rich received a BA degree in Economics from Rutgers College at Rutgers University and is based out of Boyden’s San Francisco office.
