Mr. Delconte joined Boyden in early 1989 as an associate. Previously he was a Partner of the Talenta – P & A firm headquartered in Milan, where he served as business consultant and staff recruiter since 1986.

From 1981-1985, Mr. Delconte was Personnel Manager of Soilax, the italian affiliate of Economics Laboratory (St. Paul, Minnesota). Earlier, from 1974-1981, he held a variety of personnel management positions with the Pirelli Group.

A native of Milan, Mr. Delconte is a graduate of the University Law Faculty and remained there until 1976 as an assistant in the Sociology Faculty.

He has a keen interest in corporate organizational development issues and has conducted extensive original research into absenteeism and turnover.
