Ross Blanchard is a Managing Director in Boyden’s San Francisco office and is a member of the firm’s Hospitality/Restaurant and Consumer practices. With more than 15 years of Executive Search experience and 15 years as a Senior Human Resource executive in three Fortune 50 corporations, he functionally concentrates on C-Level positions.

Prior to joining Boyden from his own boutique search practice, Ross served as Vice President of Executive Placement at Charles Schwab & Company. He began his Executive Search career with another leading search firm in the Silicon Valley and subsequently ran his own firm for the next 14 years.

After returning from Vietnam as a Marine Captain, Ross began his business career at Johnson & Johnson in their Human Resource function. Subsequently, he held a variety of senior Human Resource management positions at Frito-Lay Inc., prior to being promoted to PepsiCo International. His next assignment was as Vice President of Administration for the Consumer Products Group at Atari, Inc., a division of Warner Communications.

Ross’ search practice is focused on senior level positions across the Hospitality/Restaurant and Consumer Products industries. Functionally, the majority of his searches have been in Human Resources, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations and General Management.
