Mr. Ciani joined Boyden International in September 2002.



Before joining Boyden he was Organization and Human Resources Development Manager of Barilla.
 From 1991 to 1997, he held the position of Group Human Resources Manager for ABB SAE Sadelmi.
 He also worked as Human Resources Manager for Hoechst Italia from 1987 – 1991, and earlier as Human Resources Development Manager for Bafs Italia from 1983 – 1987. 
He started his activity as Union Service Officer in Federmeccanica.



Born in Milan, Mr. Ciani has a degree in Law and in Political Sciences.
