Victoria is a Partner in the London office.

She advises on senior level appointments in the global consumer goods and services practice and has recruited top management for leading multinationals, local companies and equity backed businesses, working extensively throughout Europe and the US.   She recruits across all functions to identify Board Directors and Functional Heads with an additional focus on marketing and convergence.

Victoria is passionate about delivery and results; she has ten years experience in the search industry and prior to joining Boyden, she was a Partner at a leading international boutique search company and head of the Consumer Technology practice.  She has spent the majority of her career in executive search, supported by a background in Research.

She has a BSc with honours in Environmental GeoScience from University College London and is qualified to British Psychological Society Level A standards in Psychometric testing.
