Bill Coleman is a Managing Director of the Pittsburgh office of Boyden, and directs its executive search business in Ohio. Bill has worked with clients ranging from start-up companies to Fortune 500 organizations, providing retained executive search, leadership development and organizational consulting services.

Before joining Boyden, Bill was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Lee Hecht Harrison's Columbus office. At LHH, he conducted and managed executive outplacement services, and served as a consultant to management in recruiting, career transition programs, leadership development and executive coaching.

Prior to LHH, Bill spent six years with a national retained search firm, serving the recruitment and professional development needs of major industrial and technology companies. He has held senior level sales and marketing positions with Teledyne, Fullerton Metals and Crucible Materials Corporation. His involvement with major corporations has included strategic and business planning, change management, leadership development and training, recruitment and succession planning.

Bill's search experience includes conducting assignments for executive level functional positions for both public and private companies in consumer products, technology, industrial and distribution businesses.

Bill holds an MBA in Marketing and an M.Ed. in Guidance and Counseling from Xavier University, Cincinnati, Ohio as well as a B.A. in Philosophy from St. Pius X College.
