Wolfgang Bersch is founder and Managing Partner of Boyden International GmbH and Partner of Boyden World Corporation, New York, since 1983.

He joined Boyden after heading for eight years his own consulting firm in executive search, data processing and value engineering which emerged with Boyden. Bersch specialises in general management, financial management and board positions without focusing on specific industries.

From 2002 until 2004 he was elected Member of the Board of Directors of Boyden World Corporation.

Bersch gathered profound knowledge and experience in marketing and management leadership with leading and multi-national corporations. He worked for Colgate Palmolive and was transferred to Finland to open up a sales and marketing organisation as General Manager. He hold management positions with Gillette, Berlin, and within the Oetker-Group before he was appointed Member of the Executive Board of Deutsche Brau AG, the holding of six leading German breweries.
