President and Representative Director of Cambridge Research Institute (executive search, management audit, management training and KAIZEN QA consulting), President of Cambridge-Hewitt (compensation / benefit consulting) which was a predecessor of Chicago based Hewitt Japan today. Prior to this, was the President and Chairman of Osawa & Co. (U.S.A.) Inc., a publicly-held trading firm specializing in optical and audio products.
