Andy's industry experience includes line leadership roles in Fortune 500 (Pepsi Co Inc) and FTSE 100 (Reckitt and Colman/ Benckiser plc) international organisations. Andy’s career also includes working for a multi-million dollar, privately owned organisation where he operated as a trouble-shooter for the CEO and Chairman across numerous business units.

Andy joined the executive search market in 1996, assuming business development and key account management responsibilities with publicly listed and privately owned companies. Prior to joining Boyden, Andy worked for a privately owned global executive search boutique. Andy had regional and multi-country business development, account management and project execution responsibility for international clients operating across a number of market sectors.

Andy’s executive search experience includes delivering global, regional and country specific leadership talent acquisition solutions to organisations operating across a number of industry segments. Andy’s market exposure includes; Resources, Energy, Minerals and Mining, Construction, Chemicals, Healthcare Products, FMCG and Scientific Instruments’. Engagements include; CEO, Divisional CEO, Regional President, Managing Director, General Manager, Chief Operating Officer, Group Manufacturing Director, Global Head of Research and Development, Group Sales and Marketing Director and, International Head of Business Development.

Since entering the executive search market in 1996, Andy has identified, prospected, negotiated and project led to completion in excess of 400 retained search projects.
