Catherine joined Boyden's Chicago office as a Principal and member of the firm's Financial Services and Human Resources practice groups. Prior to joining Boyden, Catherine spent 5 years as a Vice President of Business Development for Lee Hecht Harrison, a human capital solutions firm, where she worked with Fortune 500 and middle market companies to meet their needs in the areas of career development and leadership consulting.

With an extensive business development background spanning a wide range of service industries, Catherine has held senior business development roles for Citicorp Diners Club, American Express Travel Related Services Co., and Marriott International. She has been involved with start ups and selling strategic business solutions across functional lines of business.

Catherine serves on the national board of Swim Across America, Inc. and volunteers for Jobs For Youth/Chicago. She is also a member of the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago.

Catherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Retail Management and Marketing from Purdue University.
