Dr. Gerhard J. Raisig is a Managing Partner of the Boyden Bad Homburg office.
Dr. Raisig's professional career began as a Personnel Specialist of a German holding company before he headed to Personnel Management of Mouson Cosmetic GmbH in Frankfurt/Main. In 1979, he changed to Günther-Quandt-Haus in Bad Homburg as Head of Human Resources. In 1984, he took over the Director’s position responsible for their Panel Top Management being in charge of all functions of Top HR Management handling (including Board and General Management level), related to the Quandt-family’s group of companies. In 1992, he changed to Milupa AG in Friedrichsdorf, as Board Member where he was responsible for Personnel and Law Division of the entire European Milupa-group.
By the end of 1995, he retired from his Board function and entered the personnel consultancy industry where his profound experience in search and selection of top management as well as employment development began. He started this new career change as a Consultant and Partner of another world renown executive search company in Frankfurt/Main.
Since 2005 Dr. Raisig has been elected Director to the Board of Boyden World Corporation.
He attended secondary school with an A-level degree and studies Humanities at the Johann Wolfgang v. Goethe University there after. He gained his doctorate in Philosophy in 1975.
