Giovanni (Gianni) Perri joined Boyden Rome in 1995 and is a Managing Partner.

In addition to the activity of Executive Search, Mr. Perri founded The Boyden Institute, a unique Boyden unit fully dedicated to HR Development including Basic and Management Assessment, Orientation and Coaching.

Prior to Boyden, Gianni was a Partner with Athena Consulting.  At Athena, Gianni built significant experience in different areas such as Executive Search, Middle Management Selection, Management Development, Potential and Organizational Assessment.  Gianni has also worked for Banca Fideuram as Director of Human Resources and Alitalia as the Manager of the Personnel Selection and Development Department.

Perri holds a degree in Psychology from “La Sapienza” University in Rome.
