Before joining Boyden, since 1992 he was Human Resources Director of Bolton Manitoba Group, a chemical leader in detergent and home care products in the mass market.

From 1983 to 1992, he worked with Philips Group as:

• HR Professional in Telecommunication and IT Dept
• Compensation & Development Specialist

Born in Milan, Mr. Tonello is a graduate in Economics at Cattolica University in Milan and holds an MBA/CBS from SDA Bocconi Milan.
