Jussi is a senior consultant with 20 years experience in recruiting, HR consulting and executive search.

Before joining Boyden 1994 he served one of Finland’s leading recruiting and HR consultancies for 11 years, from 1990 to 1994 as the Managing Director. During that period he completed several hundreds of recruiting assignments and gained an extensive experience in assessment techniques and management audit projects. In the 90’s Jussi followed closely the fast development of the telecom industry and saw Finland become one of the world’s leading mobile societies. He is a well-reputed advisor among telecom hardware manufacturers, operators and VC funded technology start-ups. Within the IT sector his clientele includes multinational hardware manufacturers,software companies and web integrators. In addition to high tech Jussi has an extensive experience in serving professional service companies.

Jussi received his Master’s degree from the Helsinki University of Technology.
