Thomas started his professional career at Inter-Continental Hotels and a leading hospitality & leisure consultancy. In addition to his German degree in business administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) he received an MBA from SIU (Tampa/London) in 1999. After two years at Ray & Berndtson as Executive Search Consultant, Thomas was approached by MRI Network Worldwide (Windsor, UK), a global franchise and recruitment organization. He worked five years in a position as Business Development Manager Continental Europe before he joined Boyden International as a Principal Consultant.
