Yumi Morita is a Senior Consultant of Boyden Tokyo who has experience in executive searches mainly for Consumer goods, Automotive, Machinery and Plant Engineering industries.

Ms. Morita’s career began with Siemens in Germany. She worked as a system consultant for Japanese clients in Germany for 9 years. Thereafter she moved to the UK and worked for Marubeni UK for 7 years including establishment of Japanese TV company (joint venture between NHK and Marubeni) who started to serve Japanese TV programs all over Europe, Middle East and North Africa in 1991.

Prior to joining Boyden, she worked for a Japanese Recruiting company for 12 years, where she was well known as a top consultant. She enjoyed her good reputation with prime German, French, English, American clients who remain her asset today.

Ms. Morita lived in Europe for over 20 years. She speaking fluent German and English besides Japanese as mother tongue with a multi cultural background. She started her life in Europe when she joined Staatliche Kunstakademi (National Art Academy) in Stuttgart in Germany 1975 after graduating Sacred Heart High School.
