Boyden Houston leads the firm’s global energy practice. The core of our practice in Houston is in the energy industry, primarily with service and equipment companies serving the upstream and downstream sectors. Our clients include privately held, middle market companies as well as global multinationals. Functionally, we are generalists with experience recruiting for both line and staff operating roles.

A particular strength is working with the executive team and owners of middle market companies on strategic search assignments where a high level of counseling and engagement is expected from the search consultant. On each assignment we work as consultants to thoroughly understand our client’s business, culture, growth plans and immediate needs. Armed with that knowledge, we seek out appropriately qualified individuals through a proactive disciplined process.
