Managing Partner: Consumer Practice Leader

Fay is a Managing Partner and a Director of the Boyden Sub Saharan Africa office, and is a Boyden World Corporation shareholder. She is the global leader of the Consumer Practice Group and is a member of the Human Resources and Diversity practice groups.

Prior to entering Executive Search, Fay enjoyed a career in FMCG marketing. She later owned and managed a small company that manufactured and distributed reconstituted stone products into the home ware industry.

Fay’s search consulting career began 12 years ago with the Executive Search arm of a large, global group. She has since gained extensive Executive Search experience across a range of sectors including Mining, Industrial, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Consumer, and Retail. She focuses on large, listed corporate enterprises, but also has sound experience with privately owned and not-for-profit organisations. Her functional expertise includes General Management, Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Operations roles.

Fay holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honors in psychology from the University of South Africa.
