Kasper is a leader in the manufacturing, retail and educational sectors at Boyden China.

His initial career in corporate HR was at two size able manufacturing and conglomerate groups in Hong Kong and China. Kasper served as Executive Director and Group HR Manager for Integrated Display Technology Ltd., a publicly-listed and leading LCD-related electronic manufacturer in Hong Kong, and Group Director of HR and Administration for Emperor Group, a well-known conglomerate listed group in Hong Kong.

Immediately prior to joining Boyden China, Kasper was the General Manager of two educational institutes in East China: Blue Top (China) Group and Metro Education, ranging from international pre-school to tertiary education levels.

A Hong Kong-born Chinese executive with an international background, Kasper graduated from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne (UK) with an honors degree in economics. Kasper speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese. 

Kasper is an active member of both the Hong Kong Chamber of Commerce of China and Hong Kong Professionals and Senior Executives Association.
