Before her career in executive search, Linda was an Account Manager at Develing Trade International Shanghai office and a Sales and Administration Assistant at Chindex, USA, a U.S healthcare products and services provider.

In 2000, Linda began her executive search career as a Consultant with Management Recruiters International (MRI).  She received comprehensive professional training at MRI Singapore, where she established a solid foundation in professional executive search. Since June 2001, Linda has continued her executive search career as a Senior Consultant at Boyden Global Executive Search, and has been a key player in Boyden’s expansion in Shanghai.

Linda thus has nine years solid experience in executive search from middle to senior level positions at multinational companies. She has significant experience in the consumer goods, industrial and life sciences sectors as well as Human Resources and Finance professions.

Linda has a passion for executive search service and enjoys communicating with people as well as learning from people.  She derives great satisfaction in helping her clients and candidates become more successful.

Linda Dai holds a bachelor degree in international trade from Hang Zhou University of Science and Technology. She speaks native Mandarin and is fluent in English and the Shanghai dialect.
