Stella has close to a decade of experience in retained executive search in Greater China. She focuses on consumer, industrial, and life sciences. She is also a specialist in searches for senior HR and Finance professional across different industries in the region.

Stella has been with Boyden since 2002, and worked in its Shanghai and Beijing offices before moving to Hong Kong in 2005. She has a thorough understanding of the talent market in both Hong Kong and Mainland China. Prior to joining Boyden, Stella worked for a global conference organizer, promoting summits to western multinationals entering the China market.

She obtained her MBA degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong and her Bachelor degree from Shanghai. She speaks fluent English, Mandarin, Cantonese and the Shanghai dialect.
