Boyden Announces New Roles For Senior Staff

Top global executive search firm promotes Lydia Reitano to CFO and Corporate Secretary, and Dana Rutty to Assistant Corporate Secretary

NEW YORK, January 19, 2012 – Boyden, a global leader in executive search with more than 70 offices in over 40 countries, today announced that Lydia Reitano has been promoted to Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer. In addition, Dana Rutty has been appointed Assistant Corporate Secretary, reporting to Ms. Reitano.

Ms. Reitano, who previously served as Boyden’s Vice President of Finance, in her new role will oversee all financial activities of Boyden. As Corporate Secretary, she will support the firm’s Board of Directors, oversee license agreements and manage stockholder relations. Ms. Reitano will also act as an interface with Boyden’s legal counsel, in addition to a variety of committee and project management roles.

Ms. Reitano joined Boyden in 2001 as Controller and became Vice President of Finance in 2008. Previously, she held finance and accounting roles with a global food distributor, a commodities trading firm and a maritime shipping concern.

Ms. Rutty, in her new capacity, will be working closely with Boyden’s Board of Directors, assisting with the preparation of board meetings as well as supporting shareholders and governance activities. Throughout her career, she has consistently demonstrated exceptional acumen in a variety of multi-functional administrative roles, supporting the C-suite in a variety of industries.
