Boyden Elevates Stacey Holland and Sarah Stewart to Managing Director

PITTSBURGH, PA, January 23, 2012 – Boyden, a global leader in executive search, announced today that Stacey Holland and Sarah Stewart have been promoted to Managing Director in Boyden’s Pittsburgh office.
Ms. Holland, has served Boyden since 2000 in a full search execution, business development and client facing role since 2002, was named Principal and billing associate in 2009. During her tenure at Boyden, >Ms. Holland has placed over 150 VP and C-level (CEO, CFO, CMO, CIO) executives across a wide range of manufacturing industries as well as serving the healthcare industry. In addition, she has been recognized as a leading recruiter of Chief Information Officers and IT management.
Ms. Stewart has served Boyden’s board services practice as a Principal based in the firm’s Pittsburgh office since 2009. She has notably helped Boyden expand its CEO Succession Planning and Board Assessment capabilities. Including her tenures with two other leading executive search firms, Ms. Stewart has placed more than 300 board members for leading global companies.

Ms. Holland recently completed the prestigious Leadership Pittsburgh program for established senior leaders. The program builds the capacity of those individuals who are leading the community now and who will be affecting change in the region in the coming years. Ms. Holland has also served as a member of Boyden's six-person global quality council and serves several multinational focused not-for-profit organizations including Youth Journalism International.
Ms. Stewart has served as a Board Member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants and Chair of the Governance Committee. She currently serves on the board of the NACD Three Rivers Chapter. In addition, she has contributed to Bloomberg Businessweek, The Wall Street Journal, Directorship, Corporate Board Member and Institutional Investor.
