Austria operations will add key hub for Eastern Europe as region expected to be among first to recover from emerging market downturn

VIENNA, Austria – Boyden, a global leader in executive search with more than 70 offices in over 40 countries, announced today that it has launched a new office in Vienna, Austria as part of the firm’s continued Eastern Europe expansion. Boyden appointed market leader Andreas Landgrebe as Managing Director of Boyden Vienna.

Mr. Landgrebe’s expertise lies in strategic consulting in board, national and multinational executive search and management audits in Austria, Central/Eastern Europe and Russia/CIS.

Prior to Boyden, Mr. Landgrebe served as Regional Managing Partner for Austria and Eastern Europe and Chairman of the Global IT/Telecom Practice at two other leading global executive search firms. Previously, he worked at the United Nations in Geneva and set-up and managed an Executive Education Program in Vienna.

Mr. Landgrebe is an elected Board Member of several NPO institutions in Vienna and holds an advanced degree in international law and a postgraduate Master's degree in European Studies from the College of Europe in Bruges/Warsaw.
