Mariana specializes in the Financial Services and Real Estate Industry, she has conducted searches in diverse areas such as Commercial, Risk Management, Asset Management, IT, Legal, and Finance departments within multinational organizations, private funds, national and international banks, etc. She has conducted assignments within all the Mexican Republic. Currently she focuses also in Telecommunication Industry and Energy Sector Companies.

Prior to joining Boyden, Mariana worked in General Electric various divisions as Corporate, Capital Corporate, and Commercial Finance – Real Estate.

Managing overall HR leadership for the Organization where she developed overall HR activities that include recruiting and selection, employee development, trainings, internal communication, M&A, compensation management and drove other strategic HR processes as needed (Due diligences, labor audits, etc.).

While her experience in this assignment, she managed the staffing of both executive level & professional positions, inclusive of development of recruitment strategies, assessments, and development of talent pipeline, etc. Mariana managed to cover around 70 new roles in one year, with an average of 25-30 per year.

Before that she worked for Motorola Mexico coordinating international exchange of executives within Latin America.

She graduated from Business Management from Universidad Iberoamericana and has a degree on Human Resources Strategic Management from the Tecnologico de Monterrey.
