Candy is Boyden Miami’s Director of Research, her professional and academic background include more than fourteen years dedicated to working with the Latin American region, eight of which have been spent leading search processes for Fortune 500 clients in two of the top global executive search firms in the world.

Her remaining experience is in marketing and public relations in the academic and non-profit sectors, where she has established important links with key players in the region.

Additionally, her experience in executive search includes working on projects in Europe, Southeast Asia, and North America across industry sectors including, but not limited to, financial services, life sciences, 3PL, agriculture, hospitality, energy, and information technology. However Candy's key focus has been in consumer products and in developing and managing executive Hispanic and Latin American talent.

Candy has been distinguished by the Interamerican Development Bank's Youth Program as a "Latin American Youth Leader" for her cultural and philanthropic projects.

She has a Master of Arts in Latin American and Caribbean Studies from Florida International University. Her Bachelor studies included Political Science with minors in Economics and International relations. 

Candy is also a well recognized Peruvian musician and the Executive Director of the Kuyayky Foundation a federally recognized non-profit organization that fosters the social, political, cultural and economic development of Andean culture through lectures, recordings, cultural productions, performances and fundraising.
