Francesca's career has taken her around the world to lead multi-national business operations as well as early-stage strategic market development and profitable growth strategies. Most recently, she served as COO with the ARTOC Group for Investment and Development, responsible for the management and growth of the Group's operating companies in the MENA region. This covered real estate, petroleum, publishing, automotive, and technical services. Prior to that, Francesca held positions at the operating board level for international corporations in media, and was the founder of a tech start-up.

An experienced consultant at CEO and executive board levels, Francesca has a reputation for developing and implementing innovative business strategies, and building teams that deliver results. The organizations she has worked with include Walmart, Vodafone, John Lewis, and NMSI, the UK's largest group of museums.

Francesca holds a BA (Hons.) in geography and economics from University College London. A British and Italian national, she is fluent in English, Italian, and French, and is operational in Spanish.
