Jemma specializes in placing executives in the financial service industry throughout the Gulf region.

She has enjoyed much success in executive search throughout Europe, starting in London where she focused on placing financial professionals in investment banks. Prior to joining Boyden, she worked in Amsterdam; the majority of her searches were for senior finance positions within the European headquarters of commerce and industry clients.

Jemma has worked with both start-ups and multinational organizations in a variety of specialties, including insurance, property development, media and local conglomerates with multi-lines of business. Her success comes from her consultative approach, and a strong ability to develop lasting relationships with clients and candidates.

Jemma holds a First Class Honors Degree in psychology from the University of Surrey (UK) and University of North Texas (US).
