Jemma started her successful career with an executive search firm in London where she focused on placing finance professionals in investment banks. After moving to Amsterdam, she focused on senior finance mandates within the European headquarters of a variety of commerce and industry clients.

Jemma’s multiple accomplishments stem from her consultative approach and a strong ability to develop lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.

She holds a first class honors degree in psychology from the University of Surrey (UK) and University of North Texas (USA).
