Magdy has built a sound reputation with both clients and candidates based on superior communication and the consistent delivery of results that exceed expectations. He has managed businesses in France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and Africa at all levels — country, regional, and head office. He has successfully built management teams for early-stage clients as well as helped to reinvigorate well-established international and local organizations with new talent.

Magdy forged his professional career within blue-chip service organizations, gaining extensive experience in commercial negotiations, start-ups, and joint ventures in both private and public sectors. Over 15 years ago, he started the first regionally-based executive search firm affiliated to a global network and built up the business to become a leading player in the field. That firm joined Boyden global executive search, where Magdy and his team continue their enduring and successful development of the business. He is a UK medical graduate.
