A medical graduate from the United Kingdom, Magdy forged his professional career within blue-chip service organisations.  Spanning eighteen years, his main areas of expertise have been in Business Development and General Management and he has managed businesses in France, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Eastern Europe, the Middle East and Africa in a country, regional and head office capacity.

Magdy has had extensive experience in commercial negotiations, start ups and joint ventures in both private and public sectors. In 1999, he started the first regionally based executive search firm affiliated to a global network and built up the business regionally to become a leading player in the field.  In February 2006 the firm joined Boyden global executive search and Magdy and his team continued their aggressive and successful development of the business.

Magdy has built a reputation with both clients and candidates that is based on superior communication and delivery results that exceed expectations.  Working at the highest levels, he has successfully built management teams for early-stage clients as well as helping to reinvigorate well-established international and local organizations with new talent.
