Matthew has over 17 years experience in the international recruitment and executive search industries. After graduating with a BSc (Hons) in 1993 he worked for 3 global recruitment and executive search firms in the UK hiring into over 40 countries worldwide.

In his early career he covered the Property, Pharmaceutical, FMCG and consumer arenas. Later he focused on delivering Director and CXO level board roles for Private Equity firms and major plc’s in the UK and Europe across all sectors. In 2007 he moved to the Middle East with a boutique executive search firm before joining Boyden where he specialises in Board, CEO, CFO and MD mandates for major family groups, private equity houses, Sovereign Wealth Funds and global corporations across the Middle East and Africa.
