Osama is Managing Partner of Boyden Middle East Consulting based at the Boyden Cairo office.

He has extensive experience in systems and operations for both telecom and media networks and multidisciplinary groups across the MENA region. He is also a highly-regarded executive coach and human resource consultant, skilled at developing and putting into direct practice effective training skills programs. His specialties include assessment, outplacement, on-boarding, performance improvement, and employee engagement.

Osama’s expertise lies in quickly identifying training and coaching needs to meet short and long-term business objectives. He has developed and delivered successful training programs and built high-performance teams for a variety of clients, including Coca-Cola, Dubai Police, Orange Business Services, Showtime Arabia, and the American University in Cairo.

Osama holds a Master’s degree in psychology and leadership coaching, and is certified in globally-accredited corporate training courses such as Negotiation Skills, Selling Skills, Leadership Team Building, and Change Management. He is a member of the International Coach Federation and is a certified Life Coach. In addition, he is a certified NLP master practitioner, and certified behavior analyst from Huthwaite International (UK).
