Lisa Amore has been a professional in the executive search industry for the past 17 years.  Currently, Ms. Amore is a Director at Boyden New York where she successfully manages client relationships and supervises the execution of senior level searches. With strong interpersonal and presentation abilities, she exhibits a broad and seasoned perspective in managing and completing searches across industry multiple functions and industries.

Prior to joining Boyden, Ms. Amore was a Managing Director with Branthover Associates, a boutique search firm, where she was responsible for client and candidate management.  She joined Branthover Associates as a Researcher and was quickly promoted to Director of Research where she directed research projects as well as recruitment.  In addition, she led the initiative for the Firm’s “Research Associates Training Program” and developed search process standards, which have been included in the Firm's Best Practices Guide.

Ms. Amore demonstrates a track record of success in identifying, developing and executing senior level search projects for clients on an international level.  She has broad experience recruiting across all industries and functional areas. She works extensively on C-Level assignments.

Ms. Amore received a dual Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Italian from University of Delaware, and a Masters degree in International Communications from The American University and she is fluent in Italian.
