Pam Minetti is a principal at Boyden New York. Ms. Minetti has a wealth of experience in the financial services industry, where she has spent most of her career, as well as the not-for-profit sector, where she has acted as an advocate, volunteer and board member for over 20 years. She has a proven track record of successfully executing high level searches for global brands in a range of functional and product areas.

Prior to joining Boyden New York, Ms. Minetti was the Director of Marketing for Mogavero, Lee, a boutique, women-owned brokerage firm.  Ms. Minetti was responsible for delivering significant new sources of revenue while growing business with existing institutional accounts. She has also worked as a fixed income sales executive at Merrill Lynch and as an investment banker with Lehman Brothers. Ms. Minetti began her career as a marketing representative at IBM.

Ms. Minetti currently serves as a Vice Chairman for Graham Windham, one of the oldest not-for-profit agencies in the country, which serves over 8,000 of New York’s neediest families and children each year.  She is also a trustee on the Board of Education at the Graham School. She is a member of 85 Broads and 100 Women in Hedge Funds.

Ms. Minetti graduated from the University of Virginia with highest distinction with a BA in International Relations. She received her MBA in Marketing and Finance from Columbia Graduate School of Business.
