Stacey Holland is a Managing Director in Boyden's Pittsburgh Office. She is responsible for driving the performance of the firm in delivering excellence in search execution as defined by clients, candidates and professional ethics. Stacey offers her current search clients fifteen years of executive search experience having successfully completed more than 150 assignments for diverse industries and disciplines.  Multinational manufacturing organizations and regional healthcare organizations are her primary focus. 

Stacey recently completed her service as a member of the six-person Global Quality Council of Boyden. She now serves Boyden in creating training programs for Boyden Associates including supporting the Company’s diversity and inclusion efforts. 

Stacey joined Boyden in 2000 after seven years with another executive search firm where she provided executive search services and met other client needs including acquisition search and competitive intelligence studies. 

In addition to her professional responsibilities, Stacey serves as Secretary for her church's board and volunteers for several Pittsburgh-based not-for-profit organizations including The Ellis School and Coro where she assists in preparing individuals for effective ethical leadership in the public affairs arena. Stacey received her M.A. in Psychology from The Ohio State University and has a B.S. from Michigan State University's Honor's college.
