Boyden Warsaw was assigned the project of filling all key management positions in the company Beginning with the General Manager, Marketing Director, Sales Director, Commercial Director to Plant Manager, Finance Director, Research & Development Director, Industrial Engineer, Production Manager and Human Resources Manager. Within six months we filled all these positions and within two years the company gained the leading position in the beverage sector in the Polish, achieving over 20% share in the coffee segment.

Due to very modern and aggressive marketing and distribution policy the company's products are available in 90% of shops across Poland. The company created a consumer-driven production to specifically meet the needs of the Polish consumer. .

After the successful expansion in the Polish market the company opened its operations in other European countries: Hungary, Czech Republic, Russia, etc.
