New Partner Sue Smith strengthens top global search firm's capability in high growth area

Ms. Smith joins a well-established team, including Patrique Habboo and Tim Blackstone, and is part of the firm’s long term strategy to hire only the very best talent in the industry. Ms. Smith has over 30 years’ experience in the industry. She joins Boyden after nine highly successful years at another top interim management search firm, where she was the top performer and successfully delivered numerous high-level searches for both public and private sector clients.

Ms. Smith has executed high-level searches across numerous sectors and functional areas. A former accountant, she brings a deep understanding of interim management within the finance function, including Group CFO, Divisional Finance Director and Finance Transformation Programme Directors. Earlier in her career, she held finance positions in a several industries including defence, services and property.

In addition, Ms. Smith specialises in senior management and board placement with public, private and third sector clients. Over the course of her career, she has built a strong personal brand within the interim management industry working within both established and new entry candidates.
