Ekaterina is a leader in the technology, industrial, logistics/transport, consumer products, construction, and human resources practice groups at Boyden St. Petersburg. She has also had success with global corporations in HR, transport and logistics, real estate and construction, consumer products, and industrial practices.

Prior to joining Boyden, Ekaterina served as HR Director for EUROSIB, a large Russian logistics, transportation, and car dealership company. She also worked with Colliers International, a multinational real estate services company. There, her role of Administrative Director included budget responsibility, performance appraisal, induction and training initiatives, and the development of the Comp & Ben system. In addition, she was brought in to a number of Gazprom investment projects as an organizational development expert.

As the first Russian employee at Baker & McKenzie St. Petersburg, a top-tier international consultancy, Ekaterina acquired valuable expertise in HR management. Her career started at the Academy of Sciences of Russia, in the Institute of Social-Economic Problems research. She also gained valuable project development experience from the St. Petersburg Mayor's Office, in the External Affairs Department.

Ekaterina holds both a BA and MA in philology from Saint-Petersburg State University. She also received extensive training in strategic marketing, project management, finance, labor law, and NLP.
