Elena is a member of the Global Consumer Practice and the Global HR Practice. Her main focus is on retail, consumer, supply chain and procurement, human resources, industrial and technology.

Most recently Elena held the position of EMEA director of a specialized recruitment process outsourcing practice at one of the world's most well-respected consulting groups. In addition to providing recruitment solutions for clients through sourcing techniques, process design and management, she established the expectations and priorities for account management and regional operations leaders.

Elena has expertise in every facet of human resources management: from establishment of HR strategy, procedures and policies, to evaluation and development of employees, and cross country talent acquisition. Elena has management roles at companies such as Laverna Group, Elcoteq, and Kelly Services CIS. With the latter she was in the team who introduced behavior competencies approach to the Russia market. Elena started her career in Unilever.

She has held key roles, including as a consultant, in a variety of sectors, with particular emphasis on consumer, retail, pharmaceutical, sports, industrial, and technology.

Elena holds a MA in philology from St. Petersburg State University. Additionally she studied human resources management at St. Petersburgh University of Economics and Finance, and financial management at Lovanium International School of Management.
