In addition to her role as Managing Partner at Boyden Russia, Julia serves as EMEA Regional Director, Boyden World Corporation. She has been a member of the Board of Directors for Boyden World Corporation since 2008 and was recently re-elected to the Board for a second term. She also leads the board search, industrial, consumer products, financial services, human resources, life sciences & healthcare, and professional services practice groups.

Julia has extensive experience in the executive search business. Her expertise is focused on the industrial, consumer products, and financial services sectors, with her greatest success found in senior level assignments for local and multinational companies, including cross-border searches.

Prior to joining Boyden, Julia founded and ran Laum Consulting, one of the first Russian recruiting organizations. Working with the Russian labor market from its very formation, Julia has become a respected expert in management, organizational development, and HR-related issues.

Julia holds both a BA and MA from St. Petersburg State University. She also completed extensive training in organizational development consulting from the Moscow Methodology Association.
