Nadya is a leader in a variety of practice groups at Boyden Moscow, focusing on senior-level management positions in consumer products, apparel, fashion, perfumes & cosmetics, media, selective distribution, and luxury retail.

Prior to joining Boyden, Nadya held a variety of top-tier roles in FMCG companies, more specifically in apparel, retail, luxury, and fashion. She served as National Retail Director for Christian Dior Perfumes in Russia, focusing on structure reorganization and implementing high-level standards of management and service in retail. She also worked with the largest national perfumery chain, L'Etoile, as Brand Manager and subsequently as Marketing Director in the selective distribution department. She began her career at Oriflame, gaining valuable skills in marketing and operations.

Nadya has a BA from Moscow State Pedagogical University. She is fluent in English and Russian and has a working knowledge of French.
