Nikita is focused on research and knowledge management, execution of senior level assignments and continuous improvement of employees and practices in Boyden St. Petersburg and Moscow. He's an important part of the industrial, consumer products, financial services, and life sciences practice groups.

He started with Boyden as a Junior Associate, enjoying a quick rise through the company while successfully completing over 350 assignments for a wide spectrum of clients. Nikita initially concentrated on consumer and telecom companies, and subsequently expanded his expertise to include investment banking and industrial clients. He also works with rapidly developing pharmaceutical companies.

Nikita holds MA and PhD degrees from the St. Petersburg State University of Engineering and Economy.
