As Managing Partner at Boyden Moscow, Tatiana is a leader in the technology, energy, industrial, professional services, life sciences, and consumer products practice groups.

She has enjoyed much success in the executive search and HR consulting industries. Her clients have included both domestic and multinational organizations in IT, communications, retail, consumer durables and industrial.

Prior to joining Boyden, Tatiana ran her own Moscow-based generalist search firm, BPO Executive Search & Consulting. She built her company's impressive reputation by effectively executing the most challenging senior-level searches, and providing customized research projects and HR consulting. BPO subsequently became a part of Boyden World Corporation.

Tatiana spent her early career as head of the HR services division of Intercomp Technologies, a leading outsourcing company in the Russian market. She also worked as a senior associate at one of the top 5 executive search companies.

Tatiana holds an Executive MBA from the European Institute of International Management.
