Fiona is a Senior Associate and a Director of the Boyden Sub Saharan Africa office.

Prior to joining Boyden, Fiona enjoyed a career in the Banking and Financial Services Sector, focusing on the management and organisation of information and the development of electronic databases. Apart from her consulting and assignment management responsibilities, Fiona currently runs the IT and Data, Information and Knowledge Management functions for the practice. With more than 11 years in Executive Search, Fiona has worked on a range of Executive level searches that include CEO, CFO and Country Head across a range of industries such as Mining, Forestry, Consumer, Financial Services, IT and Telecommunications and Oil and Gas.

Fiona holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Industrial Psychology from Rhodes University and a Bachelor of Information Science Honours degree from the University of South Africa.
