Jules is a Managing Partner and a Director of the Boyden Sub Saharan Africa office, and is a Boyden World Corporation shareholder. He is a member of Boyden’s global industrial and financial services practice groups.

Jules started his career as a geologist in the mining and mineral exploration field and has extensive mining experience in both South Africa and Australia. He also enjoyed success in Management Consulting, specifically in marketing and corporate strategy. Jules also served as Regional Marketing Manager of a leading financial institution.

With in excess of 15 years of Executive Search experience, Jules has provided executive search solutions to multinational and large local organisations across Sub Saharan Africa. He has worked on a range of Executive level searches that include  Board, CEO, MD, GM, Country Head as well as senior functional roles spanning a wide range of industries.

He holds a Bachelor of Science, Honors degree in geology from the University of Cape Town (UCT) and a Masters in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business (UCT).
