The leader of Boyden Taiwan and its financial services practice group, Bill has extensive experience in the Hong Kong and China markets. Bill also works with a variety of other industries including fast moving consumer goods, retail, logistics, education, human resources, not-for-profit, and professional services practice groups.

Bill has had much success in the financial sector, particularly in corporate banking, wealth management, asset management and life insurance. His recruitment expertise has been focused on CEO, managing director, and business development positions, as well as Chief Financial Officers, Chief Investment Officers, and Chief Information Officers.

In addition to two terms of service on Boyden World Corporation’s Board of Directors.

Bill is a recipient of the Asia-Pacific Sidney Boyden award; the Boyden Spirit award for contributions to the firm; and the Board of Directors Award for distinguished service to the Board and the firm.

Prior to entering the executive search field, Bill was the first Director of Membership Services at the American Chamber of Commerce in Taipei, and has served there in a number of other positions such as Vice President, Secretary to the Board of Governors, and Chairman of the Nominations, Compensation, and Human Resource Committees.

Bill holds a BA in history from the University of Minnesota (US). He completed the Boyden-Kellogg Advanced Consulting Program held at the JJ Kellogg Graduate School of Management. A fluent Mandarin speaker, Bill is a US citizen.
