Yupadee initially joined Boyden Associates (Thailand) Limited in 1990 as a Consultant, where her functional expertise lay in sales and marketing, human resources in commercial, consumer and chemical products, wholesales and retail markets.

Yupadee developed her career in Boyden and is currently holding the Managing Director position. She handles search assignments across all functions and industries in Consumer Goods & Life Sciences, Petrochemical and Manufacturing, Media & Advertising, Financial Services, Professional & Business Services and Information Technology.

Prior to joining Boyden, she was a reporter and business writer for a newspaper in Thailand. Before then, she began her career as the Student Activity Advisor at the Assumption Business Administration College. She went to the United States and worked in a hotel where she has attended management courses related to sales and marketing, quality services, hotel management, and human resources and administration. Her years in the United States, she has earned her knowledge and skills in Hospitality and Leisure business.

At present, she is a Vice Chairman to the Board of Directors of CSN & Associates Co., Ltd. as well as a Director of the Audit and Appraisal Committee at Walailuk University. She was also a Director of Prudential TSLife Assurance Public Company Limited.

Yupadee holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Chulalongkorn University. She has completed an International Program in Management in Managing Corporate Resources at the renowned IMD Institute in Lausanne, Switzerland and Executive Education Program on High Impact Leadership - Maximizing Individual and Organizational Performance at Columbia University Graduate School of Business, USA.
