MASTER CLASS IV
That's a Wrap Panel: When to Move On
Oct 27, 2021, 4-5pm EST

In time, all board directors come to a crossroads in their board career. Making the decision when to resign from a board comes in many forms - terms, conflict of interest, personal circumstances, irreconcilable differences, change in management, and so on - with some being clearer motivators than others.  And once the decision is made, understanding the steps to take and support to seek is critical.

In a panel discussion format, we invite you to hear from experienced board directors and legal experts on why, when, and how to resign with professionalism and integrity. In this unique discussion, the panel will share personal experiences, knowledge, and specific considerations for one to carefully address as they consider when to 'move on'.

The audience will have the opportunity to ask our experts specific questions.
