Roger T. Duguay, MBA

Roger T. Duguay is Managing Partner of Boyden Canada and founder of Boyden's Montreal office, where he leads all Quebec operations. He has also served as a member of Boyden Canada's Board of Directors since 2016. As the global leader of Boyden's CEO and board recruitment practice, he works to redefine the firm's global approach while continuing to connect clients with leaders who can meet their expectations in this era of disruption.

Marie-Huguette Cormier, MBA

Marie-Huguette Cormier has been Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Communications at Desjardins Group since 2016 and has been a member of the Desjardins Group Management Committee since 2008. A member of the Desjardins team for nearly 30 years, she has many strings to her bow, having alternately shared her passion for communications with her passion for marketing and business development. Recognized for her human and inspiring leadership, she excels at building a mobilizing environment and channeling efforts, helping to meet the most ambitious challenges. A high-level fencer, she represented Canada at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles in 1984 and in Seoul four years later. A graduate of Laval University, she was named a female athlete in 1988 and obtained her MBA the following year. Ms. Cormier has also been involved in many fields such as sports, education, health and business. She chaired the Board of Directors of the Fédération des chambres de commerce du Québec from 2011 to 2013. She is currently Chair of the Board of Directors of the Port of Québec and a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Olympic Committee.

Bernard Labelle, MBA

In January 2020, Bernard Labelle was appointed Chief Human Resources Officer. He is responsible for overseeing the company's human resources strategy, including talent management, leadership development, organizational model, compensation and benefits, and the HR technology roadmap. In this capacity, Bernard is a member of CGI's Executive Committee, which oversees the implementation of CGI's enterprise-wide strategy.

Annie Vezeau, MBA (Moderator)

Annie specializes in integrated risk management (IRM). Since January 2022, Annie Vezeau has been responsible for Enterprise Risk Management at CAE Inc, a high-tech, digitally immersive company of some 11,000 employees in 180 locations and over 35 countries. She also teaches risk management at the College of Corporate Directors. Annie Vezeau holds an MBA from HEC Montreal. Ms. Vezeau is very active in the community and supports several non-profit organizations, including the Festival de Lanaudière.
